our approach

Personalised care
We operate a one-to-one approach, starting with your detailed initial assessment and examination where we will thoroughly explain your problem and detail the treatment plan we suggest. Your treatment will often involve ‘hands on’ sessions where appropriate and will always have an individual rehabilitation programme for you to undertake between sessions.

Personal attention will ensure we understand your needs and provide you with the treatment plan that is right for you and your goals.

Monitoring your progress
Good communication between physio and patient is vitally important. We want to know how you are feeling and alongside this we will measure your improvement using recognised outcome measures alongside your own opinion of your progress to monitor your rehabilitation.

If we need to change your rehab programme at any stage or use a different approach – we will discuss it with you first so you feel totally involved. We will work closely with your GP, consultant and other health professionals to ensure that your care is seamless and to minimise recovery time.
