Mark is involved in research and development of new orthopaedic outcome measures and is one of the co-founders of Cardiff Hip Clinic.
Away from work, Mark is married with a daughter and a new baby son. When he is allowed out to play, he likes to play golf, surf, wakeboard, and has just taken up snowboarding.
